What’s your return & exchange policy?
If there is any reason you do not love your selections, Newtimes Hair gladly offers returns and free exchanges for items unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in the original packages that are within 30 days of the purchase date. However, for custom orders, you cannot return or exchange your item(s) except for manufacturing mistakes, defects, or other quality problems.
What’s your warranty policy?
Within 3 months after shipment, for any manufacturing mistakes, defects, or any quality problems, we will remake or repair the product free of charge, or refund your money back to you after receiving the returned unit as per your request.
Where are you located and do you have a local store that I can visit?
Newtimes Hair is based in Qingdao, China, where our main office and factory are located. We also have a U.S. branch to better serve our clients in the States. Our products are available exclusively to hair professionals. If you’re a salon owner, stylist, retailer, wholesaler, or anything alike, and want to visit our U.S. branch in LA and Florida, simply contact your assigned sales representative to arrange a visit. We’d love to welcome you to our showroom, where you can explore our products up close and enjoy a personalized experience.
How do I apply for exclusive wholesale prices?

Can I dropship from Newtimes Hair?
Yes, Newtimes Hair is currently running a dropship program for small business owners. With no inventory holding, you can still start a hair business with low risks. How does the Newtimes Hair dropship program work? The dropshipping business model is simple. All you need to do is to set up an online store. Newtimes Hair will provide product images, suggested prices, and other support for you to publish the products on your online store. Once an item is purchased by your customers, you can duplicate the order to Newtimes Hair and we will send the products directly to your customer. Yes, you can choose add-on services like hair cutting and base cutting when you place your order, don’t forget to leave us the size you need. Or you can ask our customer service for help.

When is my order sent out after I make the payment?
Stock toupee and wigs are available for immediate shipment within 3-5 working days. For custom orders, production time will vary from 4-12 weeks depending on different types of knots or bases. Extra-long hair or full cap wig order will need additional two weeks. If you ask for add-on services like cutting base, haircutting, styling, etc., your order will take additional 1-3 working days to be sent out to you.
